Committee Meeting 7/25 planning for Baggo Tournament and Fall Banquet

Join us at Pappas Burger 6:30PM  7/25/13 – We have lots of planning to do for our upcoming events.  There’s never been a better time to get involved.

We have added another fundraising event leading in to our Fall Banquet.  We are partnering up with Cabelas to have a Baggo Tournament at their Great Outdoor Days on August 17th 9AM-Noonish.  The tourney will be 2-person teams competing for prizes.  All throwers will be entered in a drawing for a DU Remington 597 .22 rifle as well.  Cost will be $50/team.  We will also have additional raffles going on, including The Great Gun Giveaway.

More details to come, including an event flyer, but start spreading the word. Sign-up online will begin this week-link will be forwarded.

Also, Mark your Calendars – our Fall Banquet date has been set for October 10th.  We are also looking at making a move this year away from LMRA and down to Stockyard Station’s Stampede Room in the Historic Stockyards. This is a great venue, and we’ll be back in to one room for the banquet! We have quite a bit to do to get the ball rolling to ensure a successful event. We will identify planning/event needs and appoint chair positions to lead in those areas.
